Once the documents are signed and identity is verified, Companies House usually registers a new company within a working day or two.
Which US state should I choose?
Many foreign owners choose Wyoming for its low annual costs, or Delaware because investors know it well. We explain the difference for your plans before filing.
Do I need an address in the UK or the US?
No. The registered office or registered agent we arrange provides the official address for the first year.
Will a bank open an account for the company?
Banks make their own decisions. We prepare the documents banks usually ask for, including the EIN letter for US companies.
Should I buy an aged company instead?
If the incorporation date matters to your plans, an aged company may suit you better. If not, a new company costs less. We will tell you plainly which fits.
