Before payment
Cancel at any time at no cost. Your reservation is released.
After payment, before transfer is instructed
We refund in full to the account the payment came from, normally within five working days.
After transfer is instructed
The sale is final. If we are unable to complete the transfer for any reason on our side, we refund in full.
