Questions about this service
Can a non-US resident get an EIN?
Yes. Foreign owners apply with Form SS-4 and do not need a Social Security Number or an ITIN.
Does my UK company have to register for VAT?
Only once its taxable turnover passes £90,000 in a rolling 12 months, or is expected to. Many companies register voluntarily so they can reclaim VAT on their costs.
Is a Corporation Tax reference issued automatically?
HMRC usually sends the company’s Unique Taxpayer Reference after incorporation. The company then registers for Corporation Tax within three months of starting to trade, and we handle that for you.
Do you file the returns as well?
Yes, under financial reporting: VAT returns, corporation tax returns and IRS forms, every year.
Send a short message and we will come back to you with the next step.
