What exactly is an established company?
A limited company or LLC that was properly incorporated in the past and has been kept dormant and in good standing ever since. It has never traded, so it has no customers, contracts or debts. You become its owner and director.
Can a Saudi national or resident own one?
Yes. The jurisdictions we offer allow foreign owners and directors. Some services, such as local bank accounts, have their own requirements, and your concierge will explain them before you commit.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer against a pro forma invoice, after we have confirmed that the company is available and your identity check is complete. No payment is taken on the website.
Why is an identity check required?
Every registry and every reputable agent requires the new owner to be identified. It protects you as much as it protects them, and it takes a few minutes from your phone.
Can I change the company’s name?
Yes, and most owners do. We confirm the name is available, prepare the paperwork and file it for you as an optional service.
Does the company come with a bank account, tax number or credit history?
No, unless the listing says so. An established company gives you an older incorporation date and a clean record. Banking, tax registration and trading history are built by you, and we can help with the first two.
How long does the transfer take?
In the United Kingdom, usually the same or next working day after your identity check. In the United States, usually three to seven working days depending on the state.
What if the company I chose is no longer available?
We confirm availability before asking for payment. If it has gone, we offer the closest alternatives or cancel the order at no cost to you.
Will my documents be accepted in Saudi Arabia?
Foreign company documents are accepted when apostilled. We arrange certification, apostille and tracked delivery to the Kingdom as an optional service.
Can I buy more than one company?
Yes. Add up to ten companies to a single order. For larger requirements, speak to the concierge.
