Every filing on time, every year
A company stays in good standing only while its filings are up to date. We keep the calendar, prepare the accounts and returns, and file them before each deadline, so the record you own stays clean.

Questions about this service
What happens if accounts are filed late?
In the UK, Companies House charges an automatic late filing penalty, and repeated failures can lead to the company being struck off. We file ahead of each deadline so this does not happen.
My company has never traded. Do I still need to file?
Yes. A dormant UK company still files dormant accounts and a confirmation statement, and a US LLC owned from abroad still files Form 5472 each year.
Can you take over the filings of a company I already own?
Yes. Send us the company number and the last filed accounts; we check what is due and take over the calendar.
Do you handle bookkeeping?
Yes. For trading companies we keep the books monthly or quarterly and prepare management accounts.
Send a short message and we will come back to you with the next step.
